INSTRUCTIONS
Don't cheat. To get the benefits of a low methionine diet you cannot consume more than 2mg of methionine per kg of body weight. We worked this diet out for 154 mg of methionine per day, which is appropriate for people weighing 170 lbs or more. People weighing less than 170 lbs can reduce their methionine intake by skipping the coconut cream Chocolate Badger Coffee because coconut contains methionine.
