INSTRUCTIONS FOR KETOSIS
Start this Ketogenic diet after a 20 hour water fast. To do this, stop eating at 12PM on Sunday and start the meal plan on Monday after 8AM. This triggers ketosis and this ketogenic state is then maintained on our gourmet meal plan. You will not achieve the goal of nutritional ketosis on the meal plan without this short fast.
